Attorney Profile

Ana Harris is a graduate of the University of Miami where she earned a Bachelor in Business Administration with a concentration in International Finance and Marketing. She received her J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law in 1987. She was a member of the University of Miami Law Review and the Moot Court Board. 

Ana has extensive experience in estate planning and business succession matters. Before founding her own firm, Ana was a shareholder at a large regional law firm in downtown Miami. She worked on matters ranging from drafting estate-planning documents; administration of estates valued at more than $50 million; research related to complicated estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax issues; to incorporating and representing tax exempt organizations such as public charities and private family foundations. Ana has also advised clients on business succession plans, real estate transactions, income tax planning, and probate and guardianship matters.
